Happy Birthday Caleb.
Jan/21/2008 10:35 PM
Caleb (and his twin Carrie pictured below) turned 31
on January 14th. He had several birthday celebrations
(my parents' house, his parents' house, & at the
Badrina's) for his big day. But of course the
highlight of his birthday was his gift from me...his
Heely's. He has been jealous of those little kids
that come speeding around us at Target on their
little "roller shoes." So for his 31st birthday he
got his Heely's...yes, they do come in adult sizes.
Please enjoy the video below of Caleb learning how to use his Heely's...he gave me permission to post this with the understanding that I will post more videos of his improvement on the Heely's. So...as promised, here is the video.
Let me add one more thing...I am so happy to have a husband who is fun and young at heart! Also, he encouraged me to go out with my friends on his birthday when they were getting together for a special dinner. Thanks Caleb...you're the best and I love you too much!

Hey...I know that voice.

I may be a little behind on this one...
We were watching TV the other day and saw an American Idol Promotion and Caleb said, "That sounds like Robbie." Sure enough...American Idol is using the Robbie Seay Band song "Rise" on some of their commercial promotion. That is so cool. Caleb and I are always half-way committed to watching American Idol...and yes, we do love Simon, who doesn't? Anyway, yea for Robbie and the guys for such a cool opportunity to get their music out there.
Viva Las Vegas.

We headed to Vegas for the New Year and especially to
wish Scott a happy 30th birthday before the babies
come. We had a blast staying at Caesar's Palace,
eating great food, and just hanging out...which has a
different meaning for the guys and the gals. To the
girls "hanging out" was ordering room service and
watching "The Nanny Diaries"...to the guys "hanging
out" means Pai Gow Poker and White Russians.

Slots are fun:)
Pre Bellagio Water show to the best duet opera-like song ever: Andrea Bocelli & Celine Dion singing Time to say Goodbye: Con te Partiro.
Bellagio Water Show.
Diana & Scott enjoying the view after "Stomp."
Aina & Caleb pre Comedy Show.
Aina & Caleb without a flash.
Pregnant person picture... Diana & Aina.
P.S. I did forget to mention that our sweet husbands got us a prenatal massage at the spa at Caesar's and it was the nicest thing I've ever had in my life (I'm sure there are others, but you know...). I don't really like to be touched, but this massage was awesome and we felt like queens for a day wearing our robes...mineral pools, hot stone lounge chairs, sauna, steam room...it was so wonderful. Thanks again guys!
